No individual food inherently burns belly fat, including psyllium husk. However, incorporating psyllium husk into a healthy lifestyle can make it easier for you to lose weight. Psyllium is a soluble fiber that increases the bulk of other substances, making your meals more satisfying and helping you consume fewer calories. The only healthy way to lose weight is to maintain a balanced diet and burn more calories than you consume.
