Morning Smoothie with Psyllium Husks
- Greens of some sort (use spinach, lettuce, or cabbage, rotating between)
- Half a cumber
- 1/2 frozen apple (keep these in the freezer)
- Some pieces of fresh mango or plum
- My liquid vitamins
- 1 tablespoon flax
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husks
- To the fill line with coconut water
